Welcome to our spacious modern duplex! Recently renovated throughout, we are pleased to offer 3 full floors of living for your friends and family and a large SUN-DRENCHED living room for an incredible stay!
On the first floor we have a large living roam boasting wide open space and a full kitchen.
Walk up stairs and you will find 2 bed rooms meticulously decorated and designed by our favorite interior designer.
Head down stairs one below the living room and discover our hidden gem: The GAME ROOM! Consists of a pool table, arcade, and foosball, which is perfect for your friends and family!
In-unit Washer and Dryer are located right next to the Game Room.
Step outside and enjoy our large and spacious backyard! Everything is set up for your ultimate relaxation.
Guest Access:
You will have access to our massive duplex, which actually consists of 3 floors. Living room/kitchen (floor 1) Upstairs bedroom 1 and 2 and bathroom (floor2) and below the living room we have our Game ROOM, a second bathroom, and a washer/dryer (floor 0).
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the heart of Omaha in a private and peaceful neighborhood.
Most people here are retired professionals and very friendly.
Please observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am.

Please park your car inside our garage or on the designated driveway.
Since we have a huge communal driveway with the next door neighbor, please only park in the
designated driveway so as to not block the neighbor.
