Chateau Blanc Estate has a grand entrance with a great room that opens to the kitchen and dining room. Right off the great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, koi pond and outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator. Chateau Blanc Estate offers a view of its very own Cabernet Franc vineyard producing local grapes right in the heart of California wine country!
This elegant home is perfect for a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group-getaway. The first floor of the Main Home offers an oversized master suite complete with a California king bed, sitting area, and chandelier-lit spa tub in the master bath. Also, on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a private bath, as well as an extra bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The first-floor rooms can accommodate up to six guests.
On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with California king beds. These luxurious bedrooms share a hall bath. In one of the rooms, there is an additional twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. The second floor can accommodate up to six guests as well, making the total guest accommodations up to twelve in the Estate’s main house.

Over the years, the property has expanded, yet the owners proudly preserved its true beauty.
