All 4 beds are Adjustable, with an electronic controller to raise/lower the head & upper body.

The space
This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with private pool, gas barbecue, and patio area.
The home has 4 bedrooms, including a large master suite, and 2 full bathrooms. The living area has high ceilings and an open floor plan.
There is a remodeled kitchen with granite counters, newer stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with cookware and dining ware.
Kitchen countertop appliances include a toaster, blender, coffee maker (coffee provided), electric griddle and more.
All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
There are up to 4 separate sleeping areas.
- Master suite with King-size bed and attached full bathroom
- 3 guest bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed.
There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked laundry room, as well as a large kitchen.
The living room has a 65-inch HDTV, a DVD player, 2 plush leather sofas and an electric fireplace. The master bedroom has a 50-inch HDTV. One other guest bedroom has a 42-inch HDTV.
All 3 TV's have cable.
We are family-friendly and offer a pack-n-play for guests with little ones -- just ask!
Guest access
This listing is for the entire home including the resort-like backyard with pool, gas barbecue, and patio area.
There is off-street parking available for up to 3 cars (1 garaged, plus 2 on driveway).
There is a 2-car garage, however the homeowners have a car that is stored in one of the garage parking spaces. We keep it parked as close to the corner as possible, to leave you maximum space to park one car inside.
Other things to note
Dogs are allowed, up to 30 lbs and 2 dogs maximum unless specifically pre-approved otherwise. No cats please.
Pets will normally require a $10/night pet stay fee (per pet), plus a $50 additional fee for deep cleaning (to remove any pet hair, "scrub the air" with an ionizer, etc).
The pool is not heated. For much of the year, the weather is warm enough that pool heat is unnecessary.
For the cooler months, we do provide round solar thermal covers that cover about 2/3 of the pool surface, and keep the water about 5-10 degrees warmer when used anytime you're not in the water. These are very useful in October, November, March and April. From December-February, we usually do have "beautiful weather" although not necessarily "swimming weather".
Because of the ongoing maintenance required for our yard and pool, we have regular weekly service with a gardener/landscaper and a pool cleaning company, and also monthly service with a pest control company. The service people come into the backyard on their own, do their work and go. They aim to be unobtrusive, but we cannot guarantee that they won't come into the yard when you're there.
There is No Parking on the street between 10PM and 6AM. The HOA strictly enforces this. Cars do get ticketed and towed if they violate this rule, and guests are also responsible for any HOA fines that result from parking violations.
Stays of 30 days or more may require a separate signed vacation rental agreement. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site.
