Weekly and monthly rentals available Our house is located 30 seconds from the sand on a beautiful piece of beach in Ocean Beach. Our home has 5 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms. Air Conditioning throughout the home. The maid service cleans the home before and after your stay. We are fully stocked with beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs , bath towels and linens including matching sheet sets, pillows and comforters. All the beds are made prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be arranged during your stay. This home features 2 indoor bathrooms as well as 2 outdoor showers. NOTE: Full Tiled Bathroom. And split system AC The large living room area has wrap around couches, wood burning fireplace, Blue Tooth speakers and Wireless Remote Player, Satellite TV, New 50 Inch HD Plasma TV, Blue Ray DVD player ,NETFLIX, Video LED TV's in Master Bedroom and Triple Bedroom. There is a separate sunlit den with cozy couches and chairs for relaxing in the AC or feeling the ocean breeze. Our wrap around deck with private lounge and eating areas is surrounded by trees. Listen to the waves as they wash onto the beach only steps from this home. The new Weber BBQ is always ready for a great cookout. There is also a spare can of gas at your disposal. There is a large and well stocked kitchen with a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave , blender and ceramic tile floor. The large dining room and table can seat 8 people for dinner. There is a washer and dryer for your use. A hair dryer and iron are in the upstairs bathroom. Air conditioning units can be found throughout the house. If you are interested, please give me a call as soon as possible. This home sells out quickly. Please, no smoking, and an 8- 10 person max.
