Check in will be in person with host who will take a picture of the guests' IDs just like at hotels
and then keys will be issued.

Pool and hot tub is outside of house managed by the HomeOwners' Association (HOA).
Pool hours are 10 am to 10 pm. A fee of $100 is charged if guests loses the key to
the pool because that's the fee the HOA charges.
Washer, dryer in unit, central air and heat, stove. toaster, microwave, basic cookware and utensils. Additional cookware and utensils can be requested.
One hair dryer, wifi internet, water, gas, electric all included.
Cleaning services.
As with hotels, on the 7th day of every 7 day stay, host will clean common areas at noon and replenish supplies of toiletries and wash/dry all linens.
Just as in hotels, guests must request to DECLINE such services otherwise it will be
provided by default starting 11 am of every 7th day stay.
