If you are more of a beachgoer, you will be thrilled to know the beach is within walking distance and this condo features an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when you come back. Let the on-site washer/dryer take care of your swimming suits. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped full kitchen and surprise your loved ones with memorable homecooked meals. There is a small furnished balcony off of the living area from where you can see the pool and surrounding neighborhood.
All bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two en suite full bathrooms for added privacy. The main bedroom features its own balcony also overlooking the pool, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a standalone shower.
THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee required from March 1, 2023 thru March 31, 2023 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Parking notes: There is room for one vehicle in the parking spot labeled #15. Additional street parking may be available on Lynda St. Please be mindful of any posted parking restrictions.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
