This property has 2 master suites; each with a bathroom and comprises the entire top floor of a two story duplex in quiet South Oceanside. It is just an 8-minute walk to a small local beach and 2 blocks from many restaurants. Over 70 5-star reviews on VRBO.
The unit has many upgrades including central A/C, 10 foot ceilings, bamboo wood floors, granite countertops, custom wood doors, and well-appointed bathrooms in both master suites. Park your car on one side of a double garage and find 4-beach bikes, 5-beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, umbrellas and a beach cart for your enjoyment. If you have two cars, you can just park alongside the garage door.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, ice-maker, and all the standard items to prepare a large family meal. It is well stocked with items such as plastic bags, storage containers, tin-foil, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. Your own washer/dryer is located in the unit and laundry soap is provided.
A dedicated outside patio with lounge chairs, and gas barbecue is also provided on the ground floor. Please note that there is one flight of stairs to enter the unit.
All local and standard cable channels are provided and includes recording (DVR) capability on three-LCD TVs, located in the main living area (50 inch) and both master suites. High speed cable modem with wireless internet works throughout the entire unit.
This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
FYI, both fireplaces are not operational due to safty issues with children.
South Oceanside , and just blocks to many restaurants and shops, and you will quickly see why it has a “walk-ability rating” of 74.
FYI, if larger accommodations are required, the downstairs unit in the duplex is also available with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
