Welcome to our Palms one bedroom apartment. It's in a great central location for navigating LA.
We are doing 30+ night stays only to comply with new laws in LA. If you don't see your dates available on the calendar please contact us. We generally have availability.
4 miles to Venice, 7 to Beverly Hills. Easy UCLA access. Lots of public transit nearby. 405 Close. Walking distance to nightlife. LAX convenient.

-This is an upstairs apartment. 1 flight of stairs. -Like most apartments in the area, there is no air conditioning. The LA climate is mild, but it can get a bit hot in the summer. -We are located on a major street so there will be traffic noise.

The Palms/ Culver City neighborhood is very central. Local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
Getting around
-The best transportation in LA is a rental car. -Uber/Lyft are also a good way to get around. -We are located very close to a major intersection (Venice and Sepulveda). There is good bus access from there.
