The 101 freeway which is nearby will also take you to the San Francisco Giants stadium, and the new Cubs Stadium. All within an easy 20 minute drive.

This cozy home has a an attached 1-car garage with entrance to the home. The front door is from a gated courtyard entrance. There is also a spacious back patio with a table,chairs and an umbrella. The entrance to the community pool is just a quick walk from your front door, to the middle of the complex.

The well lit, functional kitchen has solid granite counters, tile floors, and full size appliances. The home is light and bright with large windows and plantation shutters. The cozy living room has tile floors, high ceilings, a gas fireplace, sectional sofa and a flat screen TV.

The master suite has wood floors, King bed, flat screen TV and a walk in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom has tile floors, a King bed, flat screen TV and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a private door to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has tile floors, a single sink and a tub/shower combo.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
